School insurance approved by your educational institution covering the entire period. **Area Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and continuous improvement of in-store customer experience. * Analysis of the Voice of the Customer program and visibility of results. * Generation of concrete actions that positively impact customer experience. * Support area leaders in preparing reports and tracking key indicators. **Intern Responsibilities:** * Assist in analyzing data from the Voice of the Customer program. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions. * Collaborate in creating reports for leaders across different areas. * Participate in initiatives that promote a memorable experience for our customers.
