Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Collections Analyst with excellent teamwork skills to manage invoice collections, reduce delinquency, and evaluate payment terms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage invoice collections and reduce delinquency. 2. Evaluate customer payment terms and credit lines. 3. Create new customers and assign credit lines. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong teamwork skills to join us as our next ***Collections Analyst***. The primary objective will be: ***To manage sales invoice collections, reduce delinquency, and evaluate customer payment terms and assigned credit lines.*** Responsibilities: * Create new customers in the system and assign the corresponding credit line (execute updates). * Collect payments on invoices according to customer payment terms and record payments in the ERP. * Review and approve regional product orders based on financial and collections background information. * Consolidate monthly sales ledgers. * Analyze, cleanse, and reconcile customer current accounts. Requirements: * Degree in General Accounting, Auditing Accounting, or Business Administration. * Minimum two years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience using Oracle Fusion ERP (Accounts Receivable module). * Power BI.
