We would love for you to become part of Mercator's vision of becoming a leading engineering development company in Chile, joining a dynamic and agile team. **About This Opportunity, we are looking for:** * A Civil Engineering in Transportation professional with a minimum of 5 years of mandatory professional experience in Road Project Modeling and Evaluation. * Experience as a Specialist in Road Geometric Design for rural and urban projects. * Ideally, experience in project processing at MOPTT – SECTRA. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Conduct urban and interurban strategic modeling studies. * Use modeling software (ESTRAUS and TRANSCAD). * Evaluate passenger and freight demand for strategic planning. * Participate in remote meetings as scheduled by the company. What We Offer * 40-hour workweek. * Flexible working hours. Reference: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs. Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 hrs. * Hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote) / to be agreed with management. * Annual base salary adjustment according to inflation (CPI). * Option to enroll in supplementary health insurance. * Bonuses paid in September and December. **Skills Required:** * Intermediate Office software proficiency. * Experience using strategic modeling software
