Job Objective: Plan, coordinate, and supervise kitchen operations, ensuring accurate production alongside the team and strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, and procedures. This role includes managing procurement and supplies—ensuring their quality, quantity, and proper storage—as well as continuously training staff in culinary techniques and best practices, thereby guaranteeing efficient and consistent product delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with established processes, workflow efficiency, and production timelines. Guarantee final product quality by strictly following recipes, portion sizes, cooking techniques, and defined standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all kitchen areas. Manage and develop the team by supporting training, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Monitor supplies and operational costs, ensuring efficient use of raw materials, inventory control, and proper equipment functionality. Requirements: Proven professional experience as a chef. Practical experience in menu production and supply order management. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Technical culinary knowledge (chef or cook level).
