Responsibilities: Assist Head Chefs in preparing menus inside the casino and performing other duties inherent to casino service operations, thereby contributing to service efficiency based on the organization’s defined quality, safety, and risk prevention standards, as well as ensuring compliance with the commercial contract with the client.
