We are seeking a Boiler Operator to operate, maintain, and monitor boiler operations at a high-volume consumer client.

Be Great Chile, a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in comprehensive solutions, is currently recruiting a Boiler Operator for one of its high-volume consumer clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform, prepare, operate, maintain, and monitor the operation of one or more boilers.
Accordingly, the candidate must continuously inspect the boiler's condition.
Maintain operational readiness through appropriate water or steam supply, in accordance with established procedures.
**Qualifications**
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: (Required qualification) Higher Technician in Industrial Equipment Maintenance or equivalent (desirable but not mandatory).
Must hold DS10 Certificate; Boiler Operator Competency Certificate and/or Seremi Operating Certificate (Mandatory).
Low-pressure boilers (Mandatory).
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
Desirable experience in companies providing installation and HVAC systems.
Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
Basic principles of first aid.
Principles of personal hygiene and accident prevention.
Basic technical knowledge in electromechanics, signaling, electricity, and plumbing required to work with low-pressure boilers and air conditioning equipment.
**Skills and Responsibilities**
OFFERED:
Workplace: Rancagua Commune.
Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
Net salary: CLP 750,000 per month.
Payday: Last business day of the month.
Meal allowance: Provided on company premises.
Transportation: At the employee's own expense.
Employment type: Full-time.
Salary: CLP 750,000 – CLP 780,000 per month.
Workplace: On-site employment.
