Job Summary: We are seeking a Bakery Assistant to prepare dough, bake bread following quality standards, and collaborate with the Bakery Supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare dough mixtures and bake bread according to standards. **Grupo Cadaqués**, **a holding company of Chilean gastronomic brands Dominó and Fuente Chilena**, is looking for a **Bakery Assistant** to join its **Production Center**, located in the **commune of Lampa**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare dough mixtures for tongue bread, frica bread, criollo bread, and empanadas, following standardized recipes. * Bake bread meeting the company-defined **standards for slicing, weighing, size, temperature, and baking**. * Collaborate with the **Bakery Supervisor** in carrying out productive tasks to ensure product quality. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * For foreign applicants: **valid temporary or permanent residency.** * Availability to work rotating shifts (6x1 and 5x2) in the commune of Lampa. **Benefits:** * Daily lunch and snack. * Full uniform. * Year-end bonuses for National Holidays and Christmas. * Affiliation with **Compensation Fund (Caja de Compensación)**.
