If you are a person passionate about cooking, with experience in food handling and collective catering, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Carry out food production tasks in the kitchen area and comply with hygiene standards for product preparation; * Perform preparatory operations for food preparation; cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and other ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * **Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections.** * Distribute and serve food, delivering meals to designated areas and dining rooms according to the applicable dietary regimen and daily schedule. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience working in food handling or in gastronomy-related companies. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering, specifically in cold and hot sections. * Knowledge of pastry is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Physical health compatible with the position. **Minimum Experience** 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions Apply now and grow with us—we look forward to welcoming you!
