




Our team in Chile is growing, and we are currently recruiting an Asset Optimization Consultant, Intermediate to join our Asset Optimization business line in Santiago. **About the Role** * Analyze equipment criticality using risk matrices based on failure consequences and their probability, considering impacts on safety, environment, production, and maintenance costs. * Analyze equipment failure history to apply modeling techniques and characterize their behavior over time. * Organize and facilitate equipment strategy review workshops applying RCM, aimed at developing and optimizing maintenance guidelines for project-critical equipment. * Conduct field diagnostic assessments together with the client to fully understand their challenges. * Assist planners and superintendents in implementing necessary actions resulting from prior diagnostics. * Lead and support the implementation of maintenance programs to reduce losses. * Communicate results to the client upon completion of each advisory engagement through effective knowledge transfer. * Apply a business-oriented perspective during project execution, balancing client expectations with project profitability goals. * Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the role. * Identify, quantify, and deliver process and system improvements by actively participating in implementation processes and systems to achieve service excellence and development. * Ensure that results delivered to clients are of high quality. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in asset consulting and management. * Postgraduate studies in processes, asset management, or reliability (desirable). * Knowledge of maintenance engineering techniques such as RCM and RCA. * Understanding of equipment operation and maintenance. * Experience in change management. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
