So people can live as they imagine — both at work and at home. We are looking for an **Asset Manager** to join our asset management team. You will be responsible for managing a real estate asset portfolio, monitoring its operational and financial performance to meet occupancy, revenue, and expense control objectives. This includes analyzing key metrics (occupancy, delinquency, revenue, NOI), preparing performance reports for clients, participating in portfolio review meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure optimal asset operations. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage an assigned real estate asset portfolio, monitoring its operational and financial performance. * Monitor key metrics such as occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and operating expenses, conducting periodic portfolio performance analyses. * Prepare asset performance reports and participate in portfolio review meetings with assigned clients. * Coordinate with internal teams to execute necessary actions ensuring optimal asset performance. * Track rent roll (revenue, occupancy, delinquency), NOI, tenant CSAT, and portfolio Capex. * Propose improvements and corrective actions to maintain or enhance asset performance metrics. ### **What Do You Need to Apply?** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering. * 1–2 years of professional experience. * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Analytical capability to interpret performance data and generate reports. * Experience with dashboards and management KPIs (preferred). * Intermediate English proficiency. ### **What We Offer** * A dynamic environment with an innovative team focused on continuous learning. * Benefits including **additional vacation days, co-payment for supplementary health insurance, annual IPC-based salary adjustment, company performance bonus, and more.** ### **Requirements for Internal Applicants** * Must have held the current position for **at least one year**. * Must demonstrate **strong performance and achievement of KPIs (meeting or exceeding expectations)**. * **Cannot be transferred to a lower-paying position.** * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with CV attached and the applied position stated in the subject line.
