The main objective of this position is to support the Human Resources department in complying with its procedural requirements. Responsibilities: \- Provide appropriate assistance to workers from onboarding through separation, addressing inquiries, requests, complaints, and other matters. \- Ensure timely and accurate registration in the attendance control system for contractor personnel. \- Monitor on-site and continuously the allocation of personnel across process areas. \- Issue daily staffing reports. \- Issue daily cafeteria consumption reports. \- Ensure proper completion of records required in the locker room area. \- Maintain control over supplies in the first-aid kit located in the locker room area. \- Maintain consistent communication and supervision of external service providers, including security guards, cafeteria services, staff transportation, and laundry, to ensure adequate service delivery. \- Perform all tasks necessary for the proper, timely, and efficient fulfillment of assigned responsibilities related to Food Safety. \- Does not entail direct responsibility for processes or products regarding Food Safety. Includes supervision of correct record completion in the locker room area. Requirements \- Technical or university degree in Business Administration or a related field. \- Minimum one year of experience in the same position or in similar functions.
