Restaurant Nuevo Bahía located on the shores of the beautiful Caleta Horcón is seeking an experienced advanced kitchen assistant. Proven experience required. Knowledge of basic and advanced cooking techniques, organization, teamwork, cleanliness, and dish presentation. **FOCUS:** cold kitchen, salad plating, and preparation of cold appetizers, open to rotating through different stations, such as hot kitchen assisting our chef, or frying station (knowing how to manage frying times and when to coordinate dish output with the main kitchen). Low season: Thursday to Monday High season: full time
