What will you do in this role?: As the Payment Central Administrator, your objective will be to receive, review, and record supplier invoices and documentation according to current regulations and procedures, forwarding them to the responsible department to meet established payment deadlines. Review electronically received documents via the automated process and route them to the corresponding management units to ensure timely processing of payments, in compliance with the Timely Payment Law. 2\. Manage documents received in mailboxes from BancoEstado branches, routing them to the appropriate department and ensuring adherence to payment deadlines. 3\. Associate budgetary data from the management unit requesting the good or service from the supplier with each billing document (automatically or manually entered). 4\. Identify, for each billing document under processing, the origin of the service and purchase information, verifying whether it corresponds to minutes, contracts, purchase orders, or work orders. 5\. Manage received factoring documentation; specifically, download certificates from the Internal Revenue Service (SII) and verify the document status to proceed with acceptance or rejection of the invoice’s collection rights session. 6\.
