We are looking for an Accounting Analyst / Assistant for a company dedicated to physical security. Your main responsibilities: Carry out the process of centralization, recording, and analysis of accounting accounts. Perform bank reconciliations and customer analysis. Keep updated the information of legal, tax, and accounting books. Carry out payment confirmation prior to invoice issuance. Support the accounts payable area in the registration of charges and others. Prepare, maintain, and follow up on account analyses of balance sheets and income statements. Provide the necessary information for management and decision-making by supervisors. Perform any other similar activities as requested by your supervisor in financial, accounting, and budget areas. Minimum 2 years of experience in the position. Intermediate level in Office software. ERP software proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of Financial Information Standards.
