Key responsibilities: Disassembly of buoys, plates, and floats Cutting and separation of materials (plastics, metals, EPS) Size reduction of components Support in yard and plant organization and cleaning Preparation of raw materials for production processes Requirements: Experience in manual or industrial work (ideal) Basic tool handling (e.g., saws, grinders, etc.) Responsibility and commitment Ability to work in a team Availability to work rotating shifts Working Conditions: Schedule: Rotating shifts AM Shift: Monday to Thursday: 07:00–16:30 Friday: 07:00–15:00 (from May onward until 13:00) PM Shift: Monday to Thursday: 14:00–23:30 Friday: 12:00–18:00 Fixed-term contract: CLP $620\.000 \+ production bonus.
