




Mission: To promptly and efficiently handle and resolve service requests from internal clients (COCHA) in order to contribute to the company's service quality and enhance customer loyalty, among other similar responsibilities. Requirements: \- **Expert/advanced level** proficiency in GDS systems Sabre and Amadeus (mandatory). \- At least one year of experience working in contact center teams or providing external and internal customer service (mandatory). \- Experience in customer service via chat channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger, among others) is desirable. \- Availability to work shift-based schedules. \- Completion of professional technical studies related to Tourism.
