




At CGS Contact Center we are looking to incorporate into our team an Administrative Campaign Analyst (GTR Outbound / Dialing Analyst), focused on operational efficiency, continuous improvement and optimization of results. Main functions: * Design and define dialing strategies for outbound campaigns. * Conduct analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Forecast agent requirements for outbound campaigns. Consolidate and process key information for decision-making. Participate in meetings with internal and external clients to identify improvement and development opportunities. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to contact centers or planning, such as GTR, campaign administrator, Force, dialing analyst, planner, workforce or outbound supervisor. * Experience handling databases and automatic dialers. * Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data segmentation, mathematical, statistical and logical functions). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint). * If foreign, must have a valid ID card and permanent residency.
