We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong operational focus on L2 and L3, solid enterprise networking experience, and the ability to lead the resolution of critical incidents. We seek an autonomous, methodical, and urgency-driven professional capable of combining technical excellence with a clear view of business impact. The value of this position will not lie solely in platform and device administration, but in the ability to rapidly diagnose issues, coordinate relevant stakeholders, and maintain ownership of incidents until full service restoration. Key Responsibilities * Manage and resolve medium- and high-severity network incidents, actively participating in Major Incidents related to connectivity and network services. * Perform end\-to\-end troubleshooting in multi\-site environments, identifying failures across LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing, switching, SD\-WAN, Wi\-Fi, carriers, and datacenter components. * Administer and support Cisco Routing and Switching infrastructure, including connectivity analysis, VLANs, interfaces, availability, routing, and performance. * Provide operational support for Cisco ACI, collaborating with networking architects on incidents, changes, and complex escalations. * Support Aruba SilverPeak (EdgeConnect) SD\-WAN solutions and their integration with remote sites. * Participate in incidents involving Extreme Networks-based Wi\-Fi networks and network authentication via Aruba ClearPass. * Coordinate incidents technically with carriers and telecommunications providers, ensuring effective tracking and resolution. * Execute infrastructure changes within defined operational windows, including off-hours scheduling as required. * Ensure continuity for incidents, projects, and changes transferred from international teams due to time-zone coverage requirements. * Generate and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and reusable knowledge. * Serve as technical backup to the Networking Architect and participate in N3\-level escalations. * Maintain effective and proactive communication with technical teams, service coordinators, and stakeholders. What Are We Looking For? * University degree in Networks and Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Availability to work hours aligned with operations in the United States, Canada, and Spain. * Advanced/Bilingual English proficiency. (Will be assessed) * Proven, substantial experience with Cisco Routing and Switching in highly complex corporate environments. * Advanced capability in LAN/WAN troubleshooting within distributed and multi\-site environments. * Operational knowledge of Cisco ACI. * Experience or strong knowledge of SD\-WAN solutions, preferably Aruba SilverPeak. * Knowledge of MPLS connectivity, corporate internet links, and redundancy/failover schemes. * Ability to analyze dependencies among networks, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Wi\-Fi, authentication, and datacenter services during incident management. **Desirable Certifications:** * CCNP Enterprise * Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation (ENARSI) * CCNA * Certifications or specialized training in Cisco ACI * Certifications/training in Aruba/HPE EdgeConnect SD\-WAN (SilverPeak) * Training/certification in Extreme Networks Wi\-Fi * ITIL Foundation V4 Work Mode \- Hybrid Benefits That Make a Difference At NTT DATA, we believe work should go hand-in-hand with your well-being.
