The main mission of the Integrated Executive will be to execute commercial actions focused on selling products and services for personal banking, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the purpose of contributing to a memorable service experience and the agile resolution of customer needs, while achieving business unit and personal commercial results. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Execute customer commercial activation through the digital channel.\- Digitally educate and train customers throughout their journey of contracting commercial products and servicing.\- Advise on available financial products according to customer needs.\- Carry out referrals to specialist areas and defined service channels for self-service based on customer needs (Investments, Private Site Chat, Insurance, Mortgage).\- Manage assigned campaigns for the sale of different financial products (Consumer Loans, Current Account Plans, Risk and Collections, Mortgage Loans). **To succeed in this position, you need:** * Degree in a field related to finance.\- At least one year of experience in a commercial role as an Account Executive with commercial and financial portfolio management, along with customer service duties.\- Knowledge of internal policies and external regulations.\- Familiarity with digital channels and digital sales advisory.\- Knowledge of financial products associated with the individual customer segment.\- Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace and Office suite.
