




At CGS Contact Center we are looking to hire Customer Service Executives for social media and call center, to join our customer service team for a major international supermarket chain. **SCHEDULE:** We work 44 hrs. per week on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00. With 1 free day per week plus 2 free Sundays per month (6x1 and 5x2). Shifts are announced 2 weeks in advance. **COMPENSATION:** Base salary + Legal bonus on 25% taxable income. Estimated net total $530,000 **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (in person or over the phone); * Excellent computer and internet skills, and interest in technology (we use various programs and applications); * Strong communication skills (oral and written); * Foreigners must have valid permanent residency; **TRAINING:** Availability to participate in in-person training in downtown Santiago (duration 9 business days, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00, paid $3000 per day) **WORK LOCATION:** At CGS Contact Center facilities, located on Sn Diego Street, 2 blocks from Metro U. de Chile, downtown Santiago. **WE OFFER:** * Online training and continuous coaching; * Employment contract and job stability; * Benefits and compensation fund.
