What will your role be? We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a company aiming to revolutionize the payment systems market, we are seeking someone with strong communication skills, empathy, autonomy, and the ability to adapt to change. This person will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, chat, or email, as well as identifying opportunities to improve our product and tools. You will be the voice of our company in Chile, Peru, and Colombia, so you must be able to quickly learn service processes and functionalities in order to answer any questions that arise. Requirements * Motivated individual with an interest in technology, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills. * Excellent communication and rich vocabulary. * Passion for helping people and solving others' problems. * Problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach. * Proactive in suggesting process improvements. * Ability to handle complex situations. * Flexible working hours. * Computer literacy: User level.
