




At CGS Contact Center, we are seeking to hire Customer Service and Social Media Executives for our customer support team serving a major international supermarket chain in Santiago Centro. **SCHEDULE:** We work 30 hours weekly on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00. With one day off per week + two Sundays off per month (6x1 and 5x2). Shifts are announced two weeks in advance. **COMPENSATION:** Base salary + statutory bonus calculated on 25% of taxable income. Estimated net salary: $360,000. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service (in-person or via telephone); * Excellent computer and internet skills, plus enthusiasm for technology (we use various software and applications); * Strong communication skills (oral and written); * Foreign nationals must hold valid permanent residency. **TRAINING:** Availability to attend in-person training in Santiago Centro (duration: 9 business days, Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00; daily stipend: $3,000). **WORK LOCATION:** CGS Contact Center facilities located on San Diego Street, two blocks from the Universidad de Chile Metro Station, Santiago Centro. **WE OFFER:** * Online training and continuous coaching; * Employment contract and job stability; * Benefits agreements and compensation fund membership.
