Currently, we are looking for a **Call Center Agent** to join our team in the **Contact Center** unit, for an **Extended Leave Replacement** position. **Working hours:** Rotating daytime shifts from Monday to Friday with Saturdays (Mon-Fri 8:00 to 16:00 \+ Sat 9:00 to 14:00 / Mon-Fri 8:00 to 17:00 / Mon-Fri 11:00 to 22:00\) **Job objective:** Provide clear telephone service to clinic patients, promptly managing inquiries, appointments, referrals, and information requests according to established protocols. The call center agent will be key in ensuring a warm and respectful customer experience, contributing to timely access to healthcare and compliance with the quality standards defined by the Institution. **Job responsibilities:** Answer phone calls from patients and internal users. Manage appointments, referrals, and requests efficiently and courteously. Record information in institutional systems according to protocol. Provide clear and timely information about clinical services and procedures.
