Transportation benefit Position Profile: Waiter/Runner Restaurant: Piso Uno Location: Providencia, Santiago, Chile Job Objective: The Waiter/Runner will serve as the liaison between the kitchen, service team, and customers, ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous service. Their responsibilities include supporting food delivery to guests, maintaining coordination between kitchen and dining area, and contributing to an organized and friendly workplace to guarantee a satisfying customer experience. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver dishes from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately. * Assist in restocking and organizing utensils and materials in the dining area. * Provide friendly and effective customer service in response to guest requests. * Help maintain cleanliness and order in service and preparation areas. * Support the movement of dishes, trays, and other service equipment. * Follow hygiene, safety, and customer service protocols. Requirements: * Service-oriented attitude, friendliness, and courtesy. * Responsibility and eagerness to learn about restaurant service. * Professional appearance and effective communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. * Availability to work rotating shifts (5 days on, 2 days off). * Availability to work weekends and holidays. * Foreign applicants must hold valid and compliant documentation.
