Participation in operational coordination with supervisors With over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, OLITEL operates in Chile, Peru, and Colombia, delivering comprehensive solutions in installations, maintenance, and engineering for our clients. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Support the execution of field inspections according to operational guidelines. * Collect information and conduct photographic documentation of performed inspections. * Assist in operational and logistical tasks associated with fieldwork. * Collaborate in optimizing inspection time and improving operational productivity. * Support compliance with safety regulations for work at heights or in controlled zones. * Maintain order and control over information collected during inspections. * Participate in operational coordination with supervisors and work teams. * Ensure adherence to company-defined procedures and standards. **What we are looking for:** * Completed Secondary Education or Technical Professional Training. * Preferred training in Telecommunications, Electricity, Construction, or related fields. * Experience in operational tasks or field inspections. * Desired experience in infrastructure and telecommunications. * Basic knowledge of safety and fieldwork practices. * Basic proficiency in Office tools and photographic documentation. * Valid driver's license (preferred). * Availability for fieldwork and travel. **What we value:** * Proactivity and willingness to work in the field. * Responsibility and operational commitment. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Organization and attention to detail. * Commitment to safety and procedural compliance. * Adaptability and learning orientation. **What we offer:** * Fixed-term project for 6 months. * On-site work in the field and at company facilities. * Professional development in infrastructure and telecommunications projects. * Excellent work environment and collaborative teamwork.
