Coordinate and supervise point-of-sale operations. Monitor proper customer service delivery, ensuring a customer experience aligned with casino standards. Assign and supervise tasks for area staff. Verify compliance with hygiene procedures, food handling protocols, and current health regulations. Manage inventories, supplies, waste, and efficient use of area products. Support opening and closing procedures at points of sale, ensuring smooth operational functionality. Promptly resolve operational contingencies and customer requests.
