At **Sergio Escobar**, we are actively seeking an **SSTT Service Advisor** to join our team in Chillán. **Main Responsibilities**: * Greet and welcome customers entering the workshop, ensuring a positive experience from the very first moment. * Advise and inform customers at all times, maintaining clear and timely communication. * Regularly update customers on their vehicle’s repair progress, building trust and confidence. * Deliver vehicles to customers and complete the service process, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with all procedures. * Create work orders in the system and dispatch them to the workshop and billing departments. * Manage and receive warranty claims as applicable, maintaining an efficient processing flow. * Reconcile and review work orders, keeping them up to date and ensuring processes are executed efficiently. * Plan parts and labor availability based on work orders issued by insurance companies. * Maintain and return in perfect condition all tools provided for performing job duties. **Requirements**: * Degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering and/or Higher Technical Diploma in Automotive Mechanics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or responsibilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP. * Knowledge of Upselling and Cross\-Selling will be highly valued. * Valid Class B Driver's License (mandatory).
