DHL Supply Chain is currently seeking a Quality Analyst (Transportation) for Chile. **Purpose of the Role** ----------------------- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in transportation and distribution operations for multi-sector clients, managing documentation, deviations, audits, and service performance analysis—thereby ensuring adherence to internal standards, regulatory norms, and contractual client requirements, while guaranteeing service integrity, traceability, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Review and control regulatory documentation for transportation and distribution. * Maintain and manage documents associated with the document management system. * Support internal, external, and supplier audits. * Monitor transportation-related environmental conditions, pest control, cleaning, and sanitization. * Conduct quality process inspections at storage facilities to verify dispatch conditions and transportation conditions. * Manage deviations and complaints using root cause analysis tools—for temperature deviations, dispatch or delivery failures, and others. * Deliver training on quality standards. * Monitor compliance with Good Storage/Transportation Practices. **Requirements** -------------- * Professional degree in scientific, industrial, logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of transportation and distribution management. * Experience in document control and auditing. * Proficiency in root cause analysis tools. * Cold chain management (sensors, thermographs, data reading). * Experience in transportation operations and distribution centers (preferred). * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Intermediate-level computer application skills (Office: Excel, Outlook), oriented toward information management, document control, and quality reporting.
