We are looking for an intern to support the Category Manager in managing procurement and negotiation processes for technology services, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, transparency, effective outcomes, and proper closure of each process. * Collaborate in procurement and negotiation processes for the company’s technology services. * Support internal information gathering, standardization, coordination, and communication with internal companies and suppliers. * Analyze, understand, and synthesize key information for decision-making. * Contribute to updating and forecasting category spending. * Participate in the analysis and evaluation of proposals, as well as in developing negotiation strategies and tactics. * Maintain active communication with suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth and effective working relationships. * Support the development and contractual closure of negotiations. * Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes and propose improvements. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Services Administration, or related fields. * School Insurance Letter provided by your educational institution. * Interest in Procurement, technology services, and negotiation. * Analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Availability for 4\-6 months to complete the internship.
