Monitoring the reconstruction process and preparing reports on evidence, supply quality, and contingency-related payments; additionally, controlling emergency and contingency payments to contractors by reviewing progress jointly with administrative and payment committees. Monitoring, controlling, and managing compliance with physical units across various action plans, while ensuring traceability in the execution of such plans. Monitoring and developing the regional budgetary control plan for contingency payments, promoting proper classification between OPEX and CAPEX. Systematically receiving various types of claims through different channels, performing discriminative analysis to validate correct classification of claim types entered into the system for dispatch to the relevant department; coordinating timely release of corrective measures; tracking and ensuring adherence to established deadlines for each request, in accordance with ANS and NTCS instructions; ensuring systematic closure of requests (notifications) prior to responding to customers; and coordinating the contractor’s daily operations, guaranteeing achievement of objectives within agreed timelines, promoting submission of executive reports and periodic control reports upon request closure, including information from various operational areas and their respective response times.
