Coordination and follow-up of customer complaints and requests. **Processing Analyst (based in Coquimbo) (1 vacancy)** **Controllers / Process Controllers** ======================================================================================================= ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Company:** CGE S.A. **Economic Activity:** Electricity **Company Description:** CGE is Chile’s largest electricity company; it currently participates in the electricity distribution and transmission markets, satisfying the demand of 43% of the country’s consumers and serving over 2.5 million customers. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** At CGE, we are looking for our next Processing Analyst based in Coquimbo, who will be responsible for: Conducting performance analysis of SAE brigades in maintenance, construction, emergency response, reconstruction, and preparing reports on scheduled work. Monitoring the reconstruction process and preparing reports on evidence, supply quality, and contingency-related payments; additionally, controlling emergency and contingency payments to contractors, reviewing progress jointly with administrative and payment committees. Monitoring, controlling, and managing compliance with physical units across various action plans, while ensuring traceability in the execution of such plans. Monitoring and developing the regional budgetary control plan for contingency payments, promoting proper classification between OPEX and CAPEX. Systematically receiving various types of complaints through different channels, performing discriminative analysis to validate correct classification of complaint types entered into the system for dispatch to the appropriate department; coordinating proper release of corrective measures; controlling follow-up and adherence to deadlines established for each request according to ANS and NTCS instructions; ensuring systematic closure of requests (notifications) prior to responding to customers; and coordinating the contractor’s daily operations, guaranteeing achievement of objectives within established timelines, promoting submission of executive reports and periodic control reports upon request closure, including information from various operational areas and their respective response times.
