Position Summary: We are seeking a commercial executive to manage and enhance the profitability of customer portfolios in Personal Banking, advising on financial products and promoting digitalization. The mission of this position is to generate and enhance business profitability with current and prospective customers through the sale of Personal Banking products and services within the assigned segment, ensuring portfolio quality and growth, managing risk, and delivering outstanding advisory and service quality—particularly for mid-to-high-tier customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Execute commercial onboarding of customers via digital channels. * Digitally educate and train customers throughout their journey of purchasing commercial products and servicing. * Advise customers on available financial products based on their needs. * Refer customers to specialized departments and defined self-service channels according to their needs (Investments, Private Site Chat, Insurance, Mortgage). * Manage assigned campaigns for selling various financial products (Consumer Loans, Current Account Plans, Risk and Collections, Mortgage Loans). To succeed in this position, you need: * Technical or professional degree related to commercial areas. * Experience performing duties associated with this role and/or in commercial areas. * At least 2 years of experience as an account executive in banking. * Investment accreditation (RIC); if not yet held, it must be obtained upon appointment. * Experience selling intangible products. * Experience managing customer portfolios.
