Supervision of regulatory and financial objective compliance * **LOCATION** ------------ Esmeralda \# 2304 Antofagasta, Chile * ### **CAREER AREA** Field Operations * ### **Job Type** Full time * **JOB ID** ---------- \#R79849 Lead, plan, and efficiently control the processes and resources involved in the administration and operation of a CLV, ensuring compliance with procedures and defined objectives. 1\.\- Efficiently plan the processes involved in internal and external operations to ensure customer service quality and achieve the efficiency objectives defined by the company. 2\.\- Monitor and supervise, through supervisors, the execution of plans designed for internal and external operations to ensure customer service quality and achieve the efficiency objectives defined by the company. 3\.\- Manage and supervise CLV resources and personnel under direct responsibility to contribute to optimization and excellence in achieving objectives, while maintaining a sustainable work environment. 4\.\- Ensure operations are conducted in strict compliance with laws, procedures, and safety regulations to minimize internal and external operational risks. 5\.\- Support and monitor budget and profitability compliance to contribute to the defined results for the CLV. Supervise human resources, finance, commercial, and IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the company’s cross-functional policies and identify deviations. Knowledge:\- Professional degree in Engineering (Executive Track) or Technical education preferred. * Logistics, warehousing, and distribution. * Proficient PC user-level skills. * Class B driver's license. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Familiarity with internal and external operational procedures (applicable to internal competitions). Experience:\- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a supervisory role in logistics-related areas.
