Provide resources and perform tasks during the intraoperative phase, collaborating with the surgical team to deliver high-quality care and support continuous improvement.

Provide necessary resources according to each surgical intervention, ensuring timely, efficient, humane, and high-quality assistance in accordance with institutional protocols.
Carry out tasks derived from the patient care management plan during the intraoperative phase to ensure quality care based on institutional standards.
Collaborate with the surgical team throughout the procedure, responding to their requirements to achieve expected outcomes.
Understand the operation and handling of available resources in the operating unit.
Participate in orientation and training programs, as well as in institutional training activities designed for continuous improvement.
Maintain an optimal work environment characterized by teamwork, customer orientation, respect for dignity and humanization—both for patients and internal and external clients.
