About the Role **EConverso Studio Business and Digital Solutions** is seeking a **Logistics Specialist** to join our team in **Rancagua, O’Higgins Region**. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing processes related to transportation, distribution, inventory, procurement, and material handling—ensuring that logistics operations run efficiently, safely, and within established timelines. You will work closely with **operations, procurement, purchasing, warehouse, transportation, finance, and suppliers** to maintain operational continuity, control costs, and improve service levels. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily transportation, distribution, and material handling operations. * Track shipments, receipts, and deliveries. * Monitor inventory levels and material availability. * Coordinate operational requirements with warehouse and procurement teams. * Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and logistics documentation. * Maintain up-to-date records of movements and inventories. * Analyze delivery times, logistics costs, and supplier performance. * Coordinate with carriers and external logistics operators. * Identify delays, inventory discrepancies, or distribution issues and manage their resolution. * Prepare reports and KPIs related to logistics and supply chain. * Support demand planning and material replenishment processes. * Ensure adherence to committed dates with internal and external customers. * Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts. * Keep information updated in ERP, WMS, or other logistics platforms. * Evaluate opportunities to reduce transportation and storage costs. * Support the evaluation and monitoring of logistics suppliers. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing logistics chain efficiency. Requirements * **3–5 years of experience** in logistics, supply chain, distribution, transportation, inventory, or related areas. * Prior experience as a **Logistics Specialist, Logistics Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Analyst**, or similar role. * Knowledge of transportation, distribution, warehousing, and inventory processes. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and Microsoft Office. * Experience using **SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, WMS, TMS, or other ERP or logistics systems** is highly valued. * Ability to analyze data, costs, and performance indicators. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve operational contingencies. * High attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and various internal departments. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Qualifications * Technical or university degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain**, or a related field. * Experience in **mining, manufacturing, agribusiness, distribution, retail, or operational services**. * Knowledge of inventory and procurement planning. * Experience with logistics and supply chain KPIs. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems. * Knowledge of supplier and carrier management. * Experience preparing logistics cost reports and analyses. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
