Learn more at irco.com and join us to take control of your future. **Role Objective:** Manage end\-to\-end commercial customer relationships—from lead receipt, quotation preparation, agreement and service delivery terms establishment, to negotiation closure. This is a hybrid commercial role balancing administrative and documentation management with customer engagement during quotation and closure stages. This person will manage businesses and services delivered. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and handle leads from channels such as web, tech leads, and those generated by sales representatives. * Support commercial teams with documentation management during tendering and quotation processes. * Prepare quotations and follow up on quotation status. * Close transactions with customers, delivering purchase orders to the service department for service execution. * Manage customers’ administrative, operational, and documentation procedures. * Route qualified opportunities to sales executives. * Respond to customer calls. * Prospect new customers via telephone. * Sales CRM (Salesforce) management. **Requirements** * Technical education (e.g., Associate Degree), or completed or ongoing studies in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. * Two to three years of experience in the industrial sector, preferably in areas related to industrial machinery, instrumentation, valves, or filters. * Advanced Office software proficiency. * Customer service experience. * CRM software experience. * Basic English proficiency (reading and writing). * Availability to work onsite at the office. **Ingersoll Rand Inc.
