Job Information
* **Position:** HR Analyst

* **Work Mode:** On-site / Hybrid, depending on operational requirements
* **Schedule:** Full-time
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, administrative hours
* **Salary:** **CLP $1\.200\.000–$1\.600\.000 gross monthly**

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain up-to-date employee information.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate HR administrative documentation and procedures.
* Keep HR records and systems updated.
* Support compensation and benefits processes.
* Prepare people management reports and metrics.
* Participate in selection processes and interview coordination.
* Support training and development initiatives.
* Address employee inquiries related to HR processes.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper administrative management.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal HR processes.

Requirements
* Technical or professional degree in Human Resources, Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
* Prior experience in Human Resources, personnel administration, or similar functions.
* Knowledge of labor and administrative processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and internal service orientation.
**Preferred qualifications include** experience with payroll systems, HRIS, Chilean labor legislation, recruitment, and personnel administration.
