Job Description:
AXA Partners Chile is looking to incorporate an HR Analyst into our team, who will play a key role in managing HR processes in Chile and serve as a single point of contact for our employees and leaders on general HR matters.
The position will report directly to the HR Director South Latam and will have the opportunity to participate in both local initiatives and regional projects alongside the South Latam and Argentina teams.
**The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:**
* Manage payroll processing and related procedures (vacations, advances, leaves of absence, and personnel files), ensuring compliance with current Chilean labor and social security regulations.
* Serve as the HR point of contact in Chile for the Labor Directorate: preparation of the payroll register, salary reporting to the National Statistics Institute (INE), severance settlements, annexes, and management of social security and compensation fund obligations.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes: drafting employment contracts and internal regulations, registering new employees in relevant systems, organizing welcome activities, and following up with Hiring Managers.
* Manage shift scheduling data in the attendance system and ensure data quality in YES Core for Data Analytics.
* Organize and support engagement and L\&D events, both local (National Holidays, AXA Anniversary) and regional or global (International Women’s Day, sustainability, among others).
* Collaborate on the implementation of new platforms, methodologies, or HR projects defined by Central.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* University graduate, preferably in Economics or Human Resources-related fields.
* 2–3 years of prior experience in payroll and related processes.
* Intermediate-to-advanced English (mandatory): must be able to communicate fluently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Availability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours (9:00–18:00) and occasional availability for travel.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in multinational companies and generalist HR functions or in compensation and benefits.
* Orientation toward internal customers and strong communication skills.
* Empathy and assertiveness when interacting with diverse audiences.
* Analytical ability and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to adapt to varying contexts and priorities.
