Job Summary: We are seeking an External Collection Coordinator to supervise and optimize the operational and strategic performance of external collection companies, ensuring efficient and corporate-goal-aligned management. In this instance, we are looking for an External Collection Coordinator for our Collections and Payment Methods Management Department. The main objective is to ensure achievement of delinquency recovery targets managed by external collection companies, through supervision, tracking, and optimization of each company’s operational and strategic performance, guaranteeing efficient, transparent, and corporate-goal-aligned management. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the performance of external collection companies. * Monitor management indicators (recovery rate, contactability, payment promises, etc.). * Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding collections and customer protection. * Manage debt portfolio assignment and distribution. * Evaluate results and propose strategies to improve recovery. * Control proper application of collection scripts, protocols, and policies. * Review and validate management reports submitted by vendors. * Maintain constant communication with external agencies and internal departments (Finance, Legal, Customer Service). * Manage incidents, complaints, and critical cases. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Executive Engineering, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in collection roles, customer service, and team leadership. * Experience in vendor relationship and management. * Knowledge of collection processes. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, On-site.
