Schedule and monitor the handling of requirements assigned to in-house and internal/external contractor teams using available technological tools, in coordination with the Drinking Water and Wastewater departments. 2\. Maintain up-to-date information on the status or progress of work orders by maintaining continuous contact with field operational units—both in-house and contractor-operated—and ensure work teams are updated in the system. 3\. Contact customers and carry out necessary coordination to ensure high-quality customer service and their satisfaction with the handling and resolution of their requests. 4\. Continuously monitor Reiteration, Recurrence, and Re\-call indicators to identify priorities, urgencies, and required actions to prevent worsening impact on customers. Identify and manage warranty-related work. 5\. Register scheduled and emergency service interruptions in the system. 6\. Coordinate inspections of work performed by contractors. 7\. Ensure, participate in, and promote implementation and development of the company’s Management Systems, in accordance with responsibilities defined in each system’s documentation. 8\.
