We seek service-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and willingness to work in a dynamic environment. ### **Job Mission** To deliver timely, clear, and empathetic telephone support to insured customers, managing the intake and follow-up of vehicle and/or home insurance claims. The role aims to resolve inquiries and emergencies while adhering to quality protocols and internal policies, ensuring an efficient and reliable service experience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Providing telephone support to insured customers. * Identifying cross-selling opportunities. * Offering complementary products. * Providing guidance and support in emergency situations. * Recording and managing claim reports in the system. * Resolving inquiries regarding claim status and coverage. * Escalating complex cases to the relevant departments. * Complying with protocols, internal policies, and quality indicators. * Safeguarding information confidentiality. * Participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives. ### **Job Conditions** * Schedule: Rotating shifts **6x1 (day and afternoon shifts; occasional night shifts possible).** * Work modality: On-site * Location: **Huechuraba** * Base salary: **$539,000 +** bonus * Bonus for achieving KPIs (targets) * **Approximate net monthly income at 100%:** $700,000 (pro-rated for 30 working days) * Contract type: Temporary Services Agreement, renewable monthly based on our client’s decision. ### **✅ Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **1 year of experience in call centers and/or customer service**. * Experience in sales and/or achievement of commercial targets. * Clear diction and strong communication skills. * Prior experience in banking or insurance preferred but not mandatory.
