




Job Summary: We are seeking a Call Center Executive to provide timely, clear, and empathetic telephone support, managing insurance claims and resolving inquiries with high quality. Identification of cross-selling opportunities The company requires a Call Center Executive to work in Huechuraba. Conditions: * **Compensation Structure:** Base salary of $539.000 + gratuity + KPI (target) bonus. In the first month, if you work 30 days, your approximate net income will be $700.000, considering base salary, gratuity, and an assumed 100% achievement of the KPI bonus target. If you work fewer than 30 days, payment will be prorated according to the actual number of days worked. * **Work Schedule:** 6x1 shifts (day and afternoon shifts, with possible night shifts) * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Work Location:** Ciudad Empresarial, Huechuraba. * **Job Mission:** To provide timely, clear, and empathetic telephone support to policyholders, managing the intake and follow-up of vehicle and/or home insurance claims. The role aims to resolve inquiries and emergencies while adhering to quality protocols and internal policies, ensuring an efficient and reliable service experience. * **Responsibilities:** * Telephone support to policyholders. * Identification of cross-selling opportunities * Offering of complementary products * Guidance and assistance during emergency situations. * Registration and management of insurance claim reports in the system. * Resolution of inquiries regarding claim status and coverage. * Escalation of complex cases to respective departments. * Compliance with protocols, internal policies, and quality indicators. * Safeguarding confidentiality of information. * Participation in training and continuous improvement initiatives. * Other duties inherent to the position. * **Contract Type:** Contract under the Temporary Services regime. Monthly renewal subject to our client’s decision. * Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in call centers and/or customer service. * Experience in sales and/or achievement of commercial targets * Good diction and communication skills. * Banking or insurance experience preferred (not mandatory) * Customer-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills. * Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
