We seek a person with strong commercial orientation, negotiation ability, and a focus on achieving goals—someone who can guide our customers throughout the entire purchasing process and deliver a close, agile, and satisfying experience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Attend to and advise customers visiting the sales showroom. * Manage the sale of new and/or used vehicles. * Advise customers on financing options, insurance, and related services. * Record and manage sales opportunities using the CRM platform. * Conduct follow-up calls and emails with current and prospective customers. * Keep customers informed about the status and estimated delivery dates of their vehicles. * Achieve established sales targets and branch performance indicators. * Participate in training sessions related to products, brands, and commercial processes. * Conduct prospecting activities and field visits to acquire new customers and business opportunities. * Coordinate the sales process with various involved departments to ensure a satisfying purchasing experience. ### **Requirements** * Technical or professional education in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales, or related fields. * Prior experience in sales and customer service. * Automotive, financial, insurance, or high-value product sales experience is desirable. * Proficiency with digital tools and commercial tracking platforms. * Availability to work on-site. * Valid Class B driver’s license. ### **We Offer** * Employment with an established company in the automotive industry. * Market-competitive remuneration, comprising base salary and commissions. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Corporate benefits. **We invite you to join our team and take on new commercial challenges!**
