A leading logistics company located in San Bernardo is seeking a Compensation Analyst responsible for comprehensively managing compensation processes related to customer claims, ensuring timely service, appropriate analysis of background information, and adherence to internal procedures. Key responsibilities \-Manage the end-to-end compensation process, from receipt to case closure. \-Analyze background information and documentation to determine claim validity. \-Record and maintain up-to-date information in corporate systems. \-Prepare compensation notifications and decisions. \-Administer customer and case databases. \-Coordinate with various internal departments to obtain information and track each process. \-Develop management indicators and reports. Requirements \-Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Administrative Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. \-Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles, process analysis, claims handling, after-sales service, compensation, or customer service. \-Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
