Assistance in food preparation and inventory management A prominent gastronomy company requires hiring casino assistants to work in the Santo Domingo Sector. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve customers passing through the self-service line. * Deliver prepared meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, or light meal) to customers. * Receive container carts used for transporting food. * Turn on the bain-marie and salad bar, and place the scheduled meals therein. * Perform cleaning and disinfection of items, utensils, tools, surfaces, and equipment used in preparing various dishes. * Perform tray descaling. * Wash tableware, dishware, and implements used in daily service. * Ensure compliance with quality and cleanliness standards, aiming for efficient service. * Lift, transport, and store various materials, such as food products, dishware, cutlery, carts, etc. * Assist in inventory taking. * Perform cleaning procedures for casino areas, including walls, floors, work surfaces, etc. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in receiving vegetables, canned goods, groceries, and other products required for preparing various dishes; help conduct qualitative and quantitative control of these items. * Assist in cooking, roasting, frying, gratinating, and sautéing various food preparations. * Perform preliminary operations on food raw materials (filleting, cutting, slicing, etc.) as instructed by the Casino Manager. * Wash and sanitize vegetable products prior to use or storage. * Cut and chop vegetables, store them in appropriate containers and refrigeration units until subsequent use. * Package and store stocks and sauces in preservation equipment until subsequent use. * Clean and degrease filters, lamp surfaces, and hoods of the casino exhaust system. * In some cases, perform exclusive customer service and sales tasks.
