At Grupo Iván Martíez, we are searching for our next Super Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. If you possess super-organizational powers, steel-strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing the workplace, we want to meet you!
**Your Super Responsibilities:**
* **Data Protector**: Maintain and update our employee heroes’ data accurately, swiftly, and confidentially.
* **Talent Hunter**: Support the hero recruitment process—from job posting to interview coordination. Find GIM’s next superheroes!
* **Benefits Guide**: Administer employee benefits, ensuring they have everything needed to keep fighting corporate crime.
* **Hero Trainer**: Support the implementation of training programs so our heroes are always ready for any challenge—we love challenges.
* **Administrative Ally**: Prepare and process necessary documentation for onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and licenses.
* **HR Consultant**: Respond to internal heroes’ inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures with the wisdom of a mentor.
* **Celebration Coordinator**: Help plan and organize events and activities to maintain high morale and team spirit.
* **HR Analyst**: Collaborate in preparing reports and data analysis to keep our league of superheroes well informed.
* **Administrative Hero**: Perform general administrative tasks with superhero efficiency.
**Your Skill Kit:**
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources.
* Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Advanced proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
* Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Your Weekly Mission:**
* Protect staff Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
