Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial advisor for a national AFP, focused on attracting clients and delivering personalized pension and financial advisory services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design customer acquisition strategies 2. Provide outstanding pension and financial advisory services 3. Deliver customized solutions for pension projection At MVS GROUP, we are looking for a commercial advisor to work with a major national AFP. **Primary Objective:** * Attract new clients and deliver outstanding pension and financial advisory services aimed at designing customized solutions to strengthen their pension projections. **What You Will Do:** * Design and implement customer acquisition strategies in accordance with the company's commercial guidelines. **Requirements:** * Professional or technical professional degree in Administration, Finance, or related field. * CRM knowledge. * Knowledge of pension regulations. * Financial knowledge (investments). * Tax knowledge. * Negotiation techniques. * Pension reform knowledge (desirable). * Basic Office software proficiency. * Basic English proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of experience in pension advisory and sales. * Availability to attend induction (training) from July 13 to July 25. **Employment Conditions:** * Fixed Salary: Minimum base salary. * Bonus up to 100% (CLP 1,000,000 to CLP 3,000,000 depending on over-achievement) + contractual commissions.
