Schedule and control the handling of requirements assigned to in-house teams and contractors using technological tools, in coordination with Potable Water and Wastewater Operational Centers. 2\. Keep progress information, task execution, and work orders up to date through continuous contact with in-house and contractor field mobile units. 3\. Contact customers and perform necessary coordination to ensure timely, effective, and service-satisfaction-oriented responses. 4\.
