We are seeking an Accounting Analyst with experience in accounting, tax, labor, and social security processes, capable of autonomously managing a client portfolio.

Accounting Analyst
At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** with experience in accounting, tax, labor, and social security processes, capable of autonomously managing a client portfolio of 20 to 25 clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyze accounts and perform financial closing.
* Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet closing.
* Prepare and file F29 and F50 tax forms\.
* Prepare payroll settlements and social security calculations.
* Process payroll data and manage procedures in Previred.
* Process medical leaves.
* Prepare and submit electronic books to the Labor Directorate.
* Carry out procedures before the Internal Revenue Service.
* Manage VAT export refunds.
* Maintain timely and organized attention to the assigned client portfolio.
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting and Auditing, General Accounting, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and labor legislation.
* Proficiency in SII, Previred, and Labor Directorate platforms.
* Experience with Softland, Defontana, or Kame.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Analytical ability, organizational skills, autonomy, and deadline-oriented mindset.
* Experience simultaneously managing a client portfolio.
Working Conditions
* **Monthly net salary:** $800\.000\.
