




We are looking for a Compensation Analyst for an important client in the city of Puerto Montt, due to an extended medical leave. **Functions to perform:** * Recruitment and selection: from job posting to initial interviews. * Training: organizing courses and tracking training progress. * Documentation and legal compliance: handling contracts, medical leaves, and procedures on official portals. * Compensation management: employee onboarding, salary calculations, and issuing pay slips. * Internal and external customer service: effective communication with employees and partner companies. * Vendor and assistance management: handling documentation and supporting labor inspections. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Technical degree in Business Administration, Accountant, or related fields * Knowledge of ERP systems (payroll); intermediate level office software skills * Knowledge and application of labor and social security laws * Familiarity with the Labor Code * Experience with labor platforms * Payroll experience Apply with us!
